Lukashenko hosts a Security Council session to discuss a National Security Concept, Belarus’ Military Doctrine
On 16 January Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko hosted a session of the Security Council to discuss two documents of utmost importance for strategic planning – a draft National Security Concept and a draft Military Doctrine of Belarus.
