Lukashenko: Quality of life comes primarily from people instead of only economy and manufacturing

During a reception hosted by the Belarus president on 12 January to celebrate Old New Year Aleksandr Lukashenko pointed out that the quality of life depends first and foremost on people themselves instead of only economy and manufacturing.
