Belarus decides in favor of creating port facilities in Russia's northwest

Belarus has decided in favor of creating port facilities in Russia's northwest. Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko made the statement after the conference hosted by the head of state to discuss the creation of port facilities for exporting Belarusian products.
