Lukashenko and Putin meet in Blagoveshchensk and travel to the Vostochny Cosmodrome

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko and President of Russia Vladimir Putin met in Blagoveshchensk on 12 April and are heading off to the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Amur Oblast. The heads of state are expected to go to the cosmodrome on the same helicopter.
