Lukashenko identifies citizens' welfare, strong state as personal interests of his presidency

As he visited the Minsk Leather Production Association in Gatovo, Minsk District on 23 March, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said he makes decisions bearing in mind two interests – citizens' welfare and the establishment of a strong state.
