Lukashenko plans to go to Russia's Rzhev to attend war monument inauguration ceremony

I intend to attend a ceremony to unveil the Monument to the Soviet Soldier in the Russian city of Rzhev, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with the staff of the Belaruskali company.
