PYEONGCHANG, 22 February (BelTA) – I am happy with the performance of the young Belarusian biathletes, the coach of the Belarusian women's biathlon team Alfred Eder told the media after the golden relay, BelTA has learned.
Alfred Eder stressed that during the season the focus was exactly on relay. “We had high hopes on this event. Today's performance of the Belarusian girls will go down in history. This is a victory both for the experienced and also young athletes. The hardest part for the coaches is to choose the right strategy. We did everything right. I am very happy for the young girls Ira and Dinara. They proved that they are worthy of the Olympic champion title,” he said.
