Daria Chupris wins silver at 2024 European Shooting Championship in Croatia

MINSK, 30 May (BelTA) – Daria Chupris of Belarus claimed the 50m Prone silver at the 2024 European Shooting Championship in Osijek, Croatia, BelTA has learned. 

 

The Belarusian posted the second best result, 628.8 points, in six shooting attempts. Sara Karasova of the Czech Republic secured gold, finishing 0.9 points ahead. Norway’s Jenny Stene placed third. Belarus’ Elizaveta Tsydik finished 17th among 45 participants. Belarus’ Nikol Kurilyonok placed 40th. 

Earlier, Aliaksandra Piatrova of Belarus claimed bronze in the 25m Pistol event. Daria Chupris and Aliaksandra Piatrova are 2024 Paris Games qualifiers.
