MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) – The Executive Committee of the Belarusian Volleyball Federation has decided to end the Belarusian Volleyball Championships among men and women ahead of time, BelTA learned from the official social media account of the Belarusian Volleyball Federation.
The decision followed the consultations with Sport and Tourism Minister Sergei Kovalchuk in a bid to stem the spread of the coronavirus.
No winners and medalists will be named this season. Which Belarusian teams will take part in the European tournaments will be decided with the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) later.
