State Border Committee: Over 8,000 Ukrainian citizens arrived in Belarus in April

MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) – In April, more than 8,000 Ukrainian citizens entered Belarus, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.
Over the past month, 8,340 Ukrainian citizens arrived in the Republic of Belarus from Ukrainian territory: 7 via the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 7,531 in transit through Poland, 762 through Lithuania, and 40 through Latvia.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 29,070 Ukrainian citizens have entered the country: 17 via the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, 25,889 in transit through Poland, 3,032 through Lithuania, and 132 through Latvia.
