Poland closes Kuznica Bialostocka border crossing point on 9 November

MINSK, 9 November (BelTA) - The Polish border crossing point Kuznica Bialostocka was closed on 9 November, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.

“Poland decided to unilaterally shut the international road border crossing point Kuznica Bialostocka (Bruzgi on Belarus' side) at 9 a.m. on 9 November. This was reported by the Polish Border Agency. Belarus sees no objective reasons for such a decision. When Poland decides to resume the operation of its border crossing point, Belarus is ready to secure the work of its border checkpoint in a routine mode,” the committee said.

The State Border Committee of Belarus asks to take this information into account when planning trips to Poland.

The nearest border crossing point on the Belarusian-Polish border is Berestovitsa (Bobrowniki on Poland's side).
