Nearly 4,000 Ukrainian citizens enter Belarus since 1 January 2024

MINSK, 19 January (BelTA) – Since 1 January of this year, 3,979 citizens of Ukraine have entered Belarus, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.

 

Of them, 2,727 people came in transit through Poland, 1,221 through Lithuania, 29 through Latvia and 2 through Ukraine.

 

All in all, since 24 February 2022, 150,469 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in our country from the Ukrainian territory: 15,918 people came directly from Ukraine, 100,515 Ukrainian citizens came in transit through Poland, 29,471 through Lithuania, and 4,565 through Latvia.
