Libyan army deputy commander lays wreath at Victory Monument in Minsk

MINSK, 21 October (BelTA) - Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army, Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar has laid a wreath at the Victory Monument in Minsk, honoring the heroes who defended the Motherland from the Nazi invaders, BelTA has learned.
