Kochanova: Belarus strongly condemns cold-blooded murder of civilians in Moscow Oblast

MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) - Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova expressed condolences on behalf of the Council of the Republic and personally to Chairperson of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko in connection with numerous victims as a result of a terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall in Moscow Oblast on 22 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the upper house of parliament.

“We resolutely condemn the cynical cold-blooded murder of civilians. This is nothing but a despicable terrorist attack,” Natalya Kochanova said.
