Kenyan MPs lay flowers at Victory Monument in Minsk
MINSK, 8 December (BelTA) - A parliamentary delegation from the Republic of Kenya, led by Senate Speaker Amason Jeffah Kingi, laid flowers at Victory Monument in Minsk on 8 December.
