Injured Belarusian in Thailand requires rare blood type

MINSK, 13 November (BelTA) - The Belarusian embassy in Vietnam continues to closely monitor the situation regarding the citizen of Belarus who was injured in a traffic accident in Thailand, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“She continues to receive all necessary medical assistance. The issue of providing our compatriot with a donor blood of a rare type was resolved promptly,” the ministry said.

“The situation remains under special supervision. For the Belarusian consular service, ensuring the wellbeing and security of our citizens abroad, along with their legal rights and interests, remains an unwavering priority,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added.
