Constitutional referendum in Belarus: Turnout at 24.07% after three days of early voting

MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – During three days of early voting for the constitutional referendum in Belarus, some 24.07% of eligible voters cast their ballots, BelTA learned from the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus.

The top three are Gomel Oblast where an estimated 27.61% of voters took advantage of the early voting opportunity, Mogilev Oblast (26.34%), and Brest Oblast (25.07%). The turnout in Minsk Oblast stood at 24.23%, in Vitebsk Oblast at 23.83%, in Grodno Oblast at 20.85%.

The turnout in the city of Minsk reached 20.79%.
