Car Free Day in Vitebsk
VITEBSK, 23 September (BelTA) – Car Free Day was held in Vitebsk on 22 September. Following a cycling event from the new Bilevo neighborhood to the Flag and Coat of Arms Square for an opening ceremony, interactive events continued in the Vitebsk Millennium Park.
