Belarus, Zimbabwe seek to intensify military cooperation

MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) - Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, First Deputy Defense Minister of Belarus Pavel Muraveiko held a meeting with Commander of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, General Philip Valerio Sibanda, BelTA has learned.
The parties discussed the current state and pressing issues of bilateral military cooperation and outlined steps to enhance contacts between the defense ministries of both countries.
The parties also laid flowers at the Eternal Flame on Victory Square in Minsk.
