Belarus’ upper house of parliament gears up for fourth session on 11 May

MINSK, 8 May (BelTA) - A meeting of the 4th session of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the eighth convocation will take place on 11 May, the press service of the Council of the Republic told BelTA.

The session will consider 14 bills. These include draft laws “On state registration and liquidation (termination of activities) of business entities”, “On amending laws on the regulation of land relations”, “On amending the law of the Republic of Belarus on ‘Commodity exchanges’”, and “On amending the water code of the Republic of Belarus”.

In addition, a number of bills on the ratification of intergovernmental agreements and other matters will be considered.
