MINSK, 29 April (BelTA) – The Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Dubai and the Polyclinic AE clinic have signed a cooperation agreement offering Belarusian citizens special terms for medical services, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Dubai.
The special terms apply to Belarusian citizens permanently residing or temporarily staying in the UAE, aiming to give them better access to quality and affordable medical care.
According to Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Dubai Aleksei Zhaldybin, the signing of the document will greatly benefit the Belarusian diaspora in the region. “We are seeing steady growth in the number of Belarusian citizens living in the UAE or visiting the country for various purposes. Thus, it is important to ensure that our compatriots have access to affordable and quality medical care. Partnering with Polyclinic AE is a concrete move to safeguard the interests of Belarusian citizens and strengthen their social protection overseas,” he noted.
“Expanding cooperation with UAE medical institutions remains part of systematic efforts to broaden the support measures provided to citizens of the Republic of Belarus abroad,” the Belarusian Consulate General in Dubai emphasized.
