Belarus’ Agriculture and Food Ministry opens public consultation on draft law on farms

MINSK, 8 May (BelTA) – The Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry has opened public consultation a draft law on farms, BelTA learned from the National Legal Internet Portal.

The draft law aims to define the legal status, procedures for establishment, operation, reorganization, and liquidation of farms, to regulate the rights and obligations of their founders (members), and to establish the competence of the management bodies of such enterprises.

The draft is intended to repeal outdated regulatory legal acts and consists of eight chapters comprising 33 articles.

The organizer of the public consultation is the Agriculture and Food Ministry.
