Belarus admits over 6,200 Ukrainian citizens in January 

MINSK, 2 February (BelTA) – Over 6,200 citizens of Ukraine arrived in Belarus in January 2026, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.

Over the past month, 6,244 Ukrainian citizens arrived in Belarus: 5,502 transited through Poland, 705 through Lithuania, and 37 through Latvia.

In 2025 Belarus admitted 115,165 citizens of Ukraine. Of them 72 people crossed the Ukraine-Belarus border, 92,722 came from Poland, 20,206 from Lithuania, and 2,165 from Latvia.
