Average salary in Belarus at Br2,757.1 in January 2026

MINSK, 24 February (BelTA) – The nominal gross average salary in Belarus amounted to Br2,757.1 in January 2026, BelTA learned from the National Statistical Committee. 

  

The highest average salary was in Minsk (Br3,747.8). It was followed by Minsk Oblast (Br2,789.3), Grodno Oblast (Br2,411.4), Gomel Oblast (Br2,400.8), Brest Oblast (Br2,399.6), Vitebsk Oblast (Br2,307.1) and Mogilev Oblast (Br2,271.9). 

The breakdown by the types of economic activity suggests that the highest salaries were paid in the information and communications sector (Br6,536.4), finances and insurance (Br4,799.3), science and engineering (Br3,232.8), construction (Br3,177.1), industry (Br2,811.6) and real estate operations (Br2,473).
