Ovechkin presents Lukashenko with autographed hockey jersey

MINSK, 6 May (BelTA) - Russian NHL player Alexander Ovechkin presented Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko with an autographed hockey jersey. A photo of the gift was published in Pul pervogo Telegram channel, BelTA learned.

“To Aleksandr Grigorievich from OVI! Best regards!”, the hockey player wrote on the jersey.

Earlier, Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated Alexander Ovechkin on the NHL’s all-time goal record. This congratulation was officially conveyed to the hockey player by Charge d'Affaires of Belarus in the United States Pavel Shidlovsky. Ding the meeting the hockey played handed over his gift to the president.
