Lukashenko urges businesses to put people first

SMOLEVICHI DISTRICT, 3 April (BelTA) – Businesses should not only think about assets and profits, but also about people – their employees and local residents, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said during his working trip to Smolevichi District, Minsk Oblast on 3 April.

“Is you want to work in Belarus, at least under the current authorities, the current president, you should put people first,” the Belarusian leader emphasized.

The head of state urged business people to take care of the neighboring communities.

“In this case we will work it out. The cost does not matter. People are a priority. Those entrepreneurs who ask for land, this and that disregarding people are total fools, they have come here to make money fast and then sneak away,” the president said.
