LIDA DISTRICT, 17 April (BelTA) – The Belarusian president was given a crystal stork as a gift as he visited Neman Glassworks on 17 April, BelTA has learned.
"It looks like a plane. Thank you!" the head of state said.
According to him, this gift will be handed over to the museum in the Independence Palace in Minsk. "It was given to me, of course. But when in the Palace of Independence this gift will always remind people of this beautiful town [Berezovka where the glassworks is located]. You are kind people who cherish your country and want to live and work in this country," the Belarusian leader said.
"Live in peace. Don't worry. You cannot fool life. It will develop according to its own laws. When this stressful time is over, we will talk about it. I have a lot to say," Aleksandr Lukashenko summed up.
