MINSK, 12 July (BelTA) – Major-General Aleksandr Shkirenko has been dismissed as the Chief of the Central Organization and Mobilization Office, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and has been left at the defense minister's disposal. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed relevant decree No.240, BelTA has learned.
