Dmitry Golubev appointed Belarus’ deputy emergencies minister

MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) - Interior Service Colonel Dmitry Golubev has been appointed Belarus’ Deputy Emergencies Minister, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

Under another decree, Interior Service Major General Igor Bolotov has been relieved of his duties and discharged from service in emergencies agencies and units into the reserve due to age, with the right to wear the prescribed uniform and insignia.
