MINSK, 6 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed decrees No.166 and No.167 to approve draft protocols on amending Belarus-Russia intergovernmental agreements of 25 November 2011 as the basis for negotiations, BelTA has learned.
A draft protocol was approved on amending the intergovernmental agreement on prices (tariffs) for natural gas deliveries to Belarus and natural gas transportation via the gas pipelines located in Belarus. A draft protocol was approved on amending the intergovernmental agreement on terms of selling shares and consequent operation of OAO Beltransgaz.
The Belarus government has been authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft protocols, make minor changes, and sign the documents provided the sides come to terms within limits of the approved drafts.
