MOSCOW, 4 August (BelTA) – We call on the parties to the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh to refrain from the use of force, Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Stanislav Zas said in a statement in connection with the aggravation of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, BelTA has learned.
"The CSTO Secretariat is concerned about the news of armed clashes that occurred in Nagorno-Karabakh and that led to human casualties. I express my deep condolences to the families and friends of the fallen servicemen. We call on the parties to the conflict to refrain from the use of force and use exclusively diplomatic methods to overcome the existing differences," the statement reads.
