Belarus seeks closer cooperation with Association of Caribbean States

MINSK, 3 June (BelTA) - Belarus' Chargé d'Affaires in Colombia Ekaterina Smal took part in the 30th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) and the 10th Summit of Heads of State of the ACS, which were held in Cartagena and Montería, respectively, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Belarus participates in the Association of Caribbean States as an observer country.

On the sidelines of the summits, the diplomat held meetings with the heads of delegations of a number of member states and observer states of the association. 

“Belarus is committed to further expansion of cooperation with ACS countries,” the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized.
