MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Shestakov has held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Belarus Xie Xiaoyong, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties exchanged opinions on topical issues of Belarus-China cooperation. Special emphasis was placed on preparations for Belarus' participation in the 5th China International Import Expo in Shanghai.
The China International Import Expo will be held in the 1.5 million square meters exhibition complex on 5-10 November. Thematic sections of the exhibition include: high-quality intelligent equipment, medical equipment, trade services, food, clothing, accessories and consumer goods, automobiles, trade and investment, consumer electronics and appliances.
