Belarus, India reaffirm policy to elevate cooperation to new heights
MINSK, 8 May (BelTA) – Belarus and India have reaffirmed the course towards taking their cooperation to a new level. The relevant statement was made as Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lukashevich met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Belarus Ashok Kumar, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
The parties discussed preparations for an upcoming meeting of the BRICS ministers of foreign affairs in New Delhi as well as the current state of bilateral relations, including the organization of the next session of the Belarusian-Indian intergovernmental commission on cooperation in economy, trade, industry, science, technology, and culture.

The diplomats noted the positive dynamics in the advancement of Belarusian-Indian relations and the readiness to implement the instructions of the two heads of states on taking the cooperation to a new level.
