MINSK, 20 November (BelTA) – Belarus' Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Austrian Republic, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to International Organizations in Vienna Andrei Dapkiunas presented his credentials to Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) Lassina Zerbo on 20 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Andrei Dapkiunas emphasized the importance of the PC CTBTO for maintaining international peace and security.
The Belarusian diplomat also reaffirmed Belarus' consistent support for the universalization of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and its early entry into force.
