The Sollertinsky International Music Festival is underway in Vitebsk on 2-16 December. The festival kicked off on 3 December at the Vitebsk Oblast Philharmonic Hall with a chamber music concert performed by international competition winners, artists of the St. Petersburg D. Shostakovich Academic Philharmonic.
