Rally to mark Fatherland Defenders Day in Vitebsk

A rally on the occasion of the Fatherland Defenders and Armed Forces Day was held in Vitebsk on 23 February. The leadership of the region, the city, the public, veterans and youth laid wreaths and flowers at the memorial in honor of Soviet soldiers, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk Oblast.
