Powerlifting Universiade finals in Minsk

On 1 April, Minsk hosted the official opening ceremony of the final competitions of the 2025/2026 National Universiade in powerlifting. Some 200 athletes from 19 universities across all regions of the country are competing. The competition features eight weight categories for both men and women. Additionally, the team event will crown its own champions and medalists.
