Orsha welcomes first commuter train from Smolensk

On 2 April, Orsha welcomed the first cross-border commuter train from Smolensk. The high-comfort trains operating on the direct route from Smolensk to Orsha are equipped with climate control systems, lifts and securing devices for wheelchair users, and convenient restrooms. Travel time has been cut in half to approximately 1,5 hours.
