Monument to soldiers-liberators in Polotsk to be repaired in April
The monument to soldiers-liberators in Svobody Square in Polotsk will be repaired in April.
The monument was erected almost 40 years ago. The monument will be returned to its former glory as part of a Br100,000 local budget scheme.
