Kochanova lays flowers at monument to Soviet soldiers

Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova and participants of the expert advisory council under the Presidium of the Council of the Republic laid flowers at the memorial complex to Soviet soldiers, partisan and underground fighters on 5 June.
