A military historical reenactment dedicated to the Gomel-Rechitsa offensive operation during the liberation of Gomel was held in the village of Dubovets, Gomel District. The reenactment was organized and conducted by the Gomel Center of Eastern Martial Arts jointly with the historical club 53rd Motor Rifle Regiment of the NKVD. The event reenacted the historical events of Gomel's liberation following the successful execution of the Gomel-Rechitsa offensive operation.
