Harvest time in Vitebsk Oblast

Farmers in Vitebsk Oblast are past the one million tonne mark in grain and rapeseed harvesting. A ceremonial event was held with the participation of Governor of Vitebsk Oblast Aleksandr Subbotin in the fields of the Tulovo experimental base in Vitebsk District.
