The event took place at the national testing range for mobile vehicles of the United Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Visitors were also treated to an exhibition of electric vehicles and component parts produced by domestic manufacturers, competitions of electric cars, and rides on personal electric vehicles. The Driving Maneuvers Training Center provided an opportunity to test driving skills with the help of the Drift-Car simulator system.
