The Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine has signed an agreement with the Vitebsk Zoo to adopt a male European bison named Boris. Once a month, the academy will deliver food for Boris. The seven-year-old bison needs 15kg of hay, 5-7kg of grain, and about 8kg of vegetables a day.
