Botvinnik Memorial Boxing Tournament: Winners named in Minsk

The traditional Minsk Open international boxing tournament in memory of Vladimir Botvinnik, Honored Coach of Belarus, has concluded at the Minsk Arena velodrome. Young boxers from Belarus won 49 medals: 8 gold, 12 silver, and 29 bronze. A total of nearly 200 young athletes aged 15–16 from Belarus, Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan took part in the competition. The tournament was organized by the Sports Ministry, the Minsk City Hall, the Presidential Sports Club, the Belarusian Boxing Federation, and the Staiki Center for Olympic Training.
