The Order of Mother has been conferred on 38 women from Minsk Oblast in a ceremony in Belarus' National Library on 6 March. Minsk Oblast Governor Aleksandr Turchin presented the awards. All in all, the Order of Mother has been bestowed upon 48 women from Minsk Oblast this year.
