Belarus holds Apple Orchard planting campaign

The Apple Orchard nationwide planting campaign took place in Belarus on 29 April. At the Minsk Vegetable Factory grounds, 200 saplings of apple and pear trees were planted by representatives of the Belarusian Women’s Union, led by its Chairperson Olga Shpilevskaya. Representatives from Vitebsk, also members of the Belarusian Women’s Union, joined the campaign as well, planting 50 fruit trees on the grounds of the Prestige nursing home.
