Baby born on Independence Day welcomed in Vitebsk

The baby boy was born in the Vitebsk Regional Maternity Hospital on 3 July. He is the seventh kid in the family of Yekaterina Frolova and Aleksei Builov. The baby and his mom received congratulations from representatives of the Belaya Rus public association and local deputies.
