On 13 February, Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan, who is on an official visit to Belarus, laid a wreath at the Minsk Hero City Stele, visited the Museum of the Great Patriotic War and also awarded the authors of the book “Armenian Soldiers in Battles for Belarus (1941-1944)”.
